Tensor Cortex LLC ("Tensor Cortex", "we", "us", or "our") operates tensorcortex.com, the public website for the Tensor Cortex enterprise AI gateway and control plane.

This Policy covers the public website and inbound business communications. Customer-hosted or dedicated Tensor Cortex product environments are governed by their deployment configuration and applicable customer agreements.

Our hosting and security providers may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referrer, timestamps, and error or security logs.

The public website does not ask visitors to submit AI prompts, model credentials, source code, customer datasets, or other product workload content.

If you contact us by email or submit the pilot request form, we may process the information you provide, including your name, business email, organization, role, deployment interests, message content, and follow-up context needed to respond.

When you submit the pilot request form, we also record limited technical metadata alongside your submission — your IP address, browser and device type (user agent), and referring page — to prevent spam and abuse and to keep the form secure. These submissions are stored on our behalf by a third-party database provider, and the form is protected by a bot-detection challenge (see Section 4).

Do not send provider credentials, production prompts, or other secrets through public website contact channels.

The public website does not currently run optional analytics or advertising scripts, and Tensor Cortex does not intentionally set non-essential cookies or use browser storage for cross-site tracking.

The pilot request form uses a privacy-preserving bot-detection challenge (Cloudflare Turnstile) to tell humans apart from automated abuse. It is a strictly necessary security measure and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Our hosting and security providers may use strictly necessary technologies to deliver the site, prevent abuse, or maintain security. If we introduce non-essential analytics in the future, we will update this Policy and request consent where required.

We use information to operate and secure the website, troubleshoot errors, understand basic aggregate usage through hosting and security logs, respond to product inquiries, prepare demos, and improve public product materials.

We do not sell personal information or use public website activity for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Where laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on legitimate interests for website operation, security, and responding to business inquiries; steps requested before entering a contract; consent where a future feature requires it; and legal obligations where required.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

We may share limited information with providers that help host, secure, monitor, or operate the website and business communications. They may process information only for those purposes and subject to appropriate terms.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information.

Tensor Cortex is designed for customer-controlled, single-tenant environments. Product prompt, response, credential, audit, and conversation handling depends on the customer's deployment and policy configuration.

The public website does not receive that product workload data merely because a customer operates Tensor Cortex. Any managed operations or support access is governed by the applicable customer agreement and explicit access controls.

We retain public website and communication information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including security, troubleshooting, business follow-up, and legal compliance.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

You can control cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings. Privacy requests may be sent to hello@tensorcortex.com.

Tensor Cortex LLC may operate from the United States and use providers in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international processing and transfers.

The website is intended for businesses and professional users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy and will revise the date on this page when we do.
