Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Serkan Altuntaş, publishing independently under the Tensor Cortex name ("Tensor Cortex", "we", or "us"), and govern access to and use of tensorcortex.com and its related public materials.

Tensor Cortex Studio software is governed by its separate Studio Software License. Other software or services may use separate terms and privacy notices.

The website describes Tensor Cortex Studio as a local-first environment for preparing datasets, fine-tuning and evaluating open models, and packaging portable results on Apple Silicon.

Tensor Cortex Studio is under active development. The public beta is available to download from the website as of 22 September 2026. The signed beta delivery package and update feed exist; the desktop software is governed by its separate software license, not these Website Terms. Roadmaps, interface previews, manifests, examples, future APIs, supported formats, and planned capabilities may change.

Public descriptions are not a service-level commitment, compatibility guarantee, benchmark result, security certification, procurement quote, or promise of availability.

An ordinary inquiry does not guarantee early access or obligate us to provide software or services. A corporate-use notification successfully recorded in the website register has the effect expressly described in the Studio Software License for the selected major release series; it requires no separate approval. Email alerts to the publisher are supplementary and do not determine the validity of the notification. The Privacy Policy explains the register and related processing.

You are responsible for ensuring information sent through public channels is appropriate to share. Do not submit datasets, model weights, provider credentials, access keys, private prompts, regulated data, or other secrets.

You may use the website for ordinary evaluation, research, and browsing. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape at abusive rates, or present public materials in a misleading way.

You may not represent Tensor Cortex materials as a third-party certification, endorsement, benchmark of an available product, or contractual commitment unless expressly agreed in writing.

The website, Tensor Cortex and Tensor Cortex Studio brands, interface designs, text, graphics, software descriptions, and other materials are owned by Tensor Cortex or its licensors, except for identified third-party materials.

These Website Terms grant only a limited right to access and view the public website. Studio use and corporate-use notifications are governed by the separate Studio Software License. No other source-code, trademark, model, dataset or intellectual property rights are granted by these Website Terms; identified third-party licenses remain unaffected.

The website may refer to open models, datasets, MLX, model repositories, export formats, or other third-party technologies. References do not imply endorsement, partnership, license clearance, or guaranteed compatibility.

Users remain responsible for reviewing model and dataset licenses, provenance, privacy, export restrictions, provider terms, and whether an intended use is permitted.

Tensor Cortex may change, remove, or update website content, routes, product descriptions, and technical direction. Changes to these Terms apply prospectively from the stated updated date; material changes will receive reasonable notice where required and do not retroactively alter rights or obligations arising under an earlier version.

Future-looking statements may change as product evidence, hardware, model ecosystems, user needs, security requirements, and provider availability evolve.

The website and public materials are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

Public model-development, security, resource, hardware, or architecture descriptions do not guarantee a successful model, legal compliance, hardware compatibility, training duration, or production suitability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tensor Cortex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, model or dataset loss, business interruption, procurement decisions, or reliance on public website materials.

Nothing excludes or limits liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any other liability to the extent it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

These Terms do not select a contractual governing law or exclusive court. The law and courts determined by applicable conflict-of-law, jurisdiction, and mandatory consumer-protection rules apply unless a later written agreement validly provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights that apply where you live.
