Terms of Service

Terms for the Tensor Cortex public website. Product deployments, licenses, and services are governed by separate customer agreements.

Last updated: July 11, 2026

1. Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of tensorcortex.com and related public materials operated by Tensor Cortex LLC ("Tensor Cortex", "we", or "us").

Use of Tensor Cortex software, customer-hosted deployments, dedicated managed environments, support, pilots, or other paid services is governed by a separate written agreement, order form, license, or product terms. These website Terms do not replace those agreements.

2. Product Information

The website describes Tensor Cortex as an enterprise AI gateway and control plane, including product capabilities, deployment models, security principles, and integration patterns.

Public descriptions are general product information, not a service-level commitment, security certification, procurement quote, or promise that every capability is available in every package, deployment, provider adapter, or customer environment.

3. Demos And Business Communications

A request for a technical demo or other contact does not create a customer relationship or obligation to provide services. Commercial scope, pricing, support, data handling, and deployment responsibilities must be agreed separately in writing.

You are responsible for ensuring that information sent through public contact channels is appropriate to share. Do not send secrets, provider credentials, production prompts, or regulated customer data through ordinary email inquiries.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the public website for ordinary business evaluation and browsing. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape at abusive rates, misuse contact channels, or present public materials in a misleading way.

You may not present Tensor Cortex materials as a validated third-party certification, endorsement, or contractual commitment unless expressly agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

The website, brand, interface, text, graphics, software descriptions, and other materials are owned by Tensor Cortex LLC or its licensors, except for third-party materials identified as such.

These Terms grant only a limited right to access and view the public website. No product license, source-code right, trademark license, or other intellectual property right is granted through the website.

6. Third-Party Services

The website may use third-party hosting, monitoring, email, or security services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability or independent terms.

References to AI model providers, cloud platforms, identity systems, model runtimes, or other technologies do not imply endorsement, partnership, or guaranteed compatibility unless expressly stated.

7. Availability And Changes

Tensor Cortex may change, remove, or update website content, routes, product descriptions, packages, and these Terms at any time.

Product roadmaps and future-looking statements may change as customer needs, providers, security requirements, and the platform evolve.

8. Disclaimers

The public website and materials are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

Public security and architecture descriptions do not constitute a guarantee of legal or regulatory compliance. Customers remain responsible for evaluating their configuration, providers, policies, data, and applicable obligations.

9. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tensor Cortex LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, procurement decisions, or reliance on public website materials.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and disputes relating to the public website are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue will be the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights that apply where you live.
